I design products, fix messy workflows, and occasionally argue with software until it behaves.

I’m a Product Designer who enjoys turning confusing systems into things people can actually use.

Most of the products I’ve worked on weren’t starting from a blank canvas. They were already live, used by real customers, and full of edge cases, workarounds, and “temporary” solutions that somehow lasted for years. That’s usually where I come in.

My work often involves figuring out why a product feels difficult, mapping the workflow behind it, and redesigning it so people don’t need a manual to use it.

Recently I worked on improving the Groupon merchant platform, where I redesigned parts of the onboarding and campaign creation flows and worked with Sales and Operations to untangle processes that had slowly grown complicated over time.

I’ve also designed Robopipe, a monitoring platform for machine-learning pipelines in manufacturing. That project involved everything from product UX and design systems to building the landing page and visual assets.

Before that I worked on juno.one, a project management SaaS, where I designed new modules, improved existing workflows, and designed a brand new product’s design system.
